Love Club Life-Drawing + small plates supper Supper, life-drawing, and all materials included. Charcoal fingers and red wine lips, this time meets a delicious small plates supper, cooked lovingly for us by the magical Ruth Kilsby. If you’ve been to a Love Club life-drawing session before, you’ll know they are fun, light and draped in sweet sounds and soft velvet. If it’s your first time, you’re so welcome- as with all things Love Club, we are way more interested in the route to creativity, the act of creativity, rather than the creation of a masterpiece. Though what we’ve realised is that often when you release the need to create something ‘perfect’, the muse cuts through, and you leave with magic. We will start, as always, with some quick exercises, prompts and shorter poses to warm up and settle in. Then we will take a short break, and feast, whilst we move into some longer poses, giving you the opportunity to spend some time with each pose. All materials provided, we’ll have an incredible model posing for us. You’ll leave with all your sketches to adorn your walls. Venus in body, mind and belly.
