On November 6th, Errancy brings Brooklyn’s own JADALAREIGN to Chicago for our 9th edition. Raised on jazz, soul and funk an hour north of the NYC, Jada came up through Discwoman collective, built her own parties as Brooklyn’s scene was finding itself, and went on to book and hold a residency at Nowadays. Her sets weave classic house, soul and jazz with the newer beats of Black dance music, always with an ear for where the music comes from. She’s supported by three locals on the rise, each of whom has already left their mark on an Errancy floor: Truly Unhinged, Cobra B, and Yanna Lynette. And to close, CTRLZORA returns with what they do best: letting Chicago and Detroit speak to each other through the records, a conversation they’ve been a part of for years. Last time they sent us home thirsty for more, so we’re giving them the last word again <3 DM @_errancy_ for info!
