Are you ready for the healthiest high of your life? London, we’re back at 45 London for another evening of dancing, joy and celebrating life, from golden hour into the night. Expect a room full of every generation: first-time ravers and lifelong dancers, friends, families and strangers who’ll be friends by the end of the night. No dress code, no rules on how to move. Just come as you are. Leading the night are our founders, Tina Technotic and Yukari, two DJs from different generations who met on a London dancefloor. Tina discovered techno and started DJing later in life, and Yukari is a Tokyo-born DJ who found connection and belonging through raving. They’re joined by Kazuki Takahashi and Emilion Dollar Baby of Berlin collective Resonance, bringing their own grooves to London. Longevity Rave mixes music, movement and human connection, framed by real science. Because the dancefloor has no age limit. Arrive early for a Pilates warm-up to a live DJ set from 15:30, then roll straight onto the dancefloor at 17:00. There are limited mat spaces, so book the Pilates + Rave ticket to save yours.
