It has been a tremendous learning experience for us to figure out how to create an exceptionally supportive environment that ensures our sustainable operation. Over the past year and a half, a wonderful and compassionate community has formed around us, and we are now starting to strengthen it. Together with you, we want to become a living example of a free and safe club. We owe our industrial-park neighbor countless infrastructural improvements, completely unexpected acts of kindness, fun, and laughter - and now we’re even treated to a joyful musical performance. Our favorite person at our favorite club - a masterful combination. On one of his rare occasions, 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲́ will step behind the decks, where he’ll keep us moving at a tempo of 125-135 bpm, speeding up and slowing down as he ramps up the intensity of the night with his heavier club tracks. Expect playful yet serious House, Break, Electro, Techno, and Bass tracks. As we reach peak time, Belgian-born 𝗡𝗼𝗻𝗼 𝗚𝗶𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗮 - who, to our surprise, reached out to us on her own - will showcase a rare intersection of playful eclecticism and precision. Her sets build from slow to fast, from subtle textures to heavy low frequencies, featuring unexpected yet imperceptibly danceable rhythmic breaks, unusual vocals, her own edits, and carefully measured chaos. She has performed at venues and festivals such as Freerotation, CTM, Dekmantel Selectors, Horst, Panorama Bar, and most recently Draaimolen. She has also been a guest on the radio show of Hessle Audio, the legendary label founded by Ben UFO and Pearson Sound. Resident Advisor named her 2024 Freerotation set the mix of the year and ranked it among the best of the past 25 years. On top of that, she is a radio host, researcher, and the creator of the Fictions event and radio series. Her work reflects both an obsessive curiosity towards music and a commitment to community, sustainability, and the idea of slowing down - the clearest evidence of which is that she hasn’t travelled by airplane since 2019: she travels to her performances by train, boat, and public transportation. We couldn’t have found a better representative to showcase the musical diversity in which we have also believed unwaveringly from the very beginning. After that, dear friends - the pillars who play an important role in the club’s life - will take over the decks once again. We have 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹 to thank for our indoor lighting system and the accompanying installations, while Stark is a frequent contributor to the Atno musical universe. Both of them are most at home in the mid-tempo range, but for this collaboration they plan to show us what they are currently into around 150 bpm. The evening will be capped off by a no-less-rare b2b set from our new program organisers, 𝗞𝗹𝗽𝗳𝗹𝗿𝘁𝗽𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗼. They played together on a whim for the first and last time at our birthday party in May, which turned out so euphoric that they’ve been itching for a repeat ever since.
