Are You Satisfiable? For this third gathering, Disrupting the Matrix invites women and non-binary people to sit with the question of what it means to be satisfiable? We spend a lot of time learning how to want more: more money, more success, more recognition, more experiences, more options, more proof that our lives are moving in the right direction. We are much less practised at recognising when we are full. In systems that depend on us continuing to want, consume, achieve and improve, satiation can be difficult to recognise. The goalposts move. What once felt like enough becomes the baseline for whatever comes next. So what would enough actually look and feel like? Where do we genuinely need more? more money, care, rest, opportunity, support or freedom? And where has “more” simply become our default direction of travel? What are we maintaining because we still actively choose it, and what have we simply become accustomed to carrying? What do we imagine success, recognition, money or achievement will finally allow us to feel? And if we reached the thing we’re currently working towards, would we know how to recognise that we had arrived? This is an intimate, facilitated conversation for women and non-binary people only. Just space to think out loud together. Please note: this event is for women and non-binary people on
