09.11 (FRI) | SOLEIL presents CIRCUS TAKEOVER @soleilcollective_ @circus_tokyo 일본과 한국의 언더그라운드 댄스 뮤직 신이 서울에서 만난다. 9월 11일, JJ Mahoney’s에서 ‘SOLEIL presents CIRCUS TAKEOVER’가 열린다. 일본에서는 SPRAYBOX의 Genick과 kyo가 참여하며, 서울에서는 MAR VISTA, H4RDY, DOBERMAN, MULTIVSN, YENN이 함께한다. 일본의 새로운 아티스트를 소개하고 로컬 음악 신의 흐름을 꾸준히 조명해온 일본의 클럽 브랜드 ‘CIRCUS’와 서울 로컬 신의 교류를 중심으로 기획된 이번 행사는 오후 8시부터 다음 날 새벽 3시까지 진행된다. Genick과 kyo는 UK garage와 jungle 등 빠른 템포의 클럽 사운드를 중심으로 각각 한 시간의 셋을 선보일 예정이다. 현장은 SOLEIL Collective가 영상으로 기록하며, 한국과 일본의 서로 다른 로컬 신이 교차하는 순간을 시청각 콘텐츠로 남긴다. Japan and Korea’s underground dance music scenes come together in Seoul. On September 11, “SOLEIL presents CIRCUS TAKEOVER” will take place at JJ Mahoney’s. Centered around an exchange between CIRCUS, a Japanese club brand known for introducing emerging artists and highlighting the evolving local music scene, and Seoul’s local community, the event will run from 8 PM to 3 AM the following morning.
