JOY ANONYMOUS — SURPRISE SHOW Fresh from opening for Jamiroquai at CDMX, Joy Anonymous will make a special stop at Chico this Sunday for an intimate surprise show. The London duo of Henry Counsell and Louis Curran have built their reputation around music as a collective experience, blending house, disco, gospel, live instrumentation and electronic textures into high-energy performances that feel as much like a gathering as a club set. Their story began during lockdown, when they took their equipment to London’s South Bank and started playing spontaneous outdoor sessions that gradually grew into a community of hundreds. Since then, they’ve taken that same spirit to stages alongside Fred again.., Glastonbury and venues around the world. After their opening performance for Jamiroquai, Joy Anonymous will head to Chico for a special Sunday night appearance — a rare chance to experience their show in a much more intimate setting.
