Bangkok Calling Notes from DIAGE In 2023, DIAGE Festival began for the first time. In 2024, the conversation continued as DIAGE Degree. Bangkok Calling is a call we actually heard. After the first two editions, audiences from more than 26 countries have found their way to Bangkok, while conversations around electronic music and digital arts in the region kept circling back here. This year, that call is growing louder, reaching artists from around the world, audiences across Asia, and Thai people themselves. The theme says it plainly : Bangkok is ready to be the Electronic Music and Digital Arts Hub of the region. And perhaps the loudest call comes from the city itself. Bangkok is beautiful and chaotic in the same breath. Temple gold against tangled wires. Stillness inside noise. A city that never fully resolves and never needs to. You don't explain Bangkok.
