Straight from Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine. Live music, electronics, folklore, and a first dance, together in Paris, for their debut show. En plein novembre, on vient ramener la chaleur. Petit Bain, ça va chauffer. ELECTRONIC FOLK DANCE MUSIC EIN L AQL (Live) An Alexandrian duo formed by Bassem Diaa (oud, electronics) and Amro Zidan (electronics, sound engineering). On stage, they explore the human psyche through experimental, psychedelic, and conceptual music. Here, everything is improvised and nothing is labeled, with the wedding music of their hometown as a backdrop. Every performance is a unique journey into their inner world. Nayoo (founder of Khawa 962) (Live) He takes the folkloric rhythms of the Mediterranean, mijwiz melodies, and the raw live percussion of Amman's weddings and street celebrations, breaks them apart, and rebuilds them through the lens of various electronic music traditions without losing their essence. The result is a raw sound, deeply rooted in culture and designed for the dancefloor. AndL (Live) A Palestinian-Jordanian producer and musician, and bassist of the band Ayloul, he creates synth-driven compositions inspired by improvisational traditions and the music of the Eastern Mediterranean. His live performance draws from moments of collective music-making: harmonies and rhythms born in the moment, echoing the spirit of an Arab gathering, with melodic vocalizations intertwined with handclaps and the spontaneity of folklore. All carried by the unmistakable beats of percussion traditions from Southwest Asia. Cheikha (DJ Set) Also known as Vanda Forte, Cheikha began her artistic journey through Trance music, influenced by a father who collected CDs and a mother who dreamed of becoming a singer and passed on her love for Soul, R&B, and later Hip-Hop, which remain her main influences today. Fascinated by rhythmic structures and particularly drawn to the iconic "Amen Break" as well as rhythms from African cultures and her Moroccan heritage, Vanda Forte embraces bold and unconventional musical crossovers. Weldmousa (DJ Set) A Jordanian producer, DJ, and visual artist based in Berlin. His sets move between Arabic Hip-Hop, Trap, and electronic music, blending heavy basslines and sharp rhythms with a raw, emotionally charged energy. His visual work draws from Pop Art and explores political and social questions through vivid colors, irony, and satire. He sees both art and music as conversations in motion: personal, expressive, and open to change. ELAKH (DJ Set) A cultural curator, researcher, and DJ, raised in Cairo and based between Berlin and Paris. Shaped by the places she has lived and the communities she belongs to, she approaches each set as a sonic embroidery: a constantly evolving patchwork of rhythms, textures, and atmospheres, woven in response to the people in the room and for them. We're coming to dance and make you dance. Until we forget the cold and can no longer feel our feet, again and again.....
