Daphne aka EthicalDrvgs (ethicaldrvgs) is a multidisciplinary artist most known for her immersive DJ, visual, and performance art experiences centered around the intersection of her Vietnamese-American, trans, and sex-worker identity. Her most notable work is the trans-focused strip night, “Jolene” which has been at the epicenter of her community of trans women in LA nightlife. An EthicalDrvgs DJ set captures feelings of nostalgia and romanticism mixed with the modern feminine flair typical of a Doll set. She navigates multi-genre sets with masterclass while specializing in trance, techno and house.
