DC Social Club are back with another all-night session of live electronic music. This time we take over Pylonen, the new cultural free zone under Langebro, and make it our studio for the night with drum machines, synthesizers, and otherworldly sound effects. Join us on the dancefloor for hypnotic grooves generated in the moment by humans + machines, with playful experimentation and improvisation. As always, Close Encounters is about closing the gap between artists and dancers. So come closer and let your moves become part of the music. // LIVE ALL NIGHT – DCSC CREW ANDI MÜLLER (DK) – gentle techno, broken beats, wandering melodies, and the odd jazz-funk sample. JONSRUD (CA) – omnibreakstechelectro. LUKAS GOßMANN (DE) – always live, always raw. Hypnotic, groovy techno jammed out on a stripped-down sampler and eurorack. BOWE (SE) – techno, broken beats, and random soundscapes ALEX KING (US) – modular rhythms, breaky drums, and dubby samples with a techno pulse. // LIVE – SPECIAL GUEST TBA.
