We are kicking off our upcoming 17th club season on October 23 at Turbina. Our guest is a sound artist who has been creating relentlessly within the scene for two decades, launching his career under the banner of Raster-Noton, one of the strongholds of experimental electronic music. He became a regular presence at Berlin Atonal and at Skalar, an audiovisual exhibition pushing the boundaries of the medium. In 2019, he founded his own label, presenting not only his own techno productions but also the futuristic work of contemporary artists such as Polygonia, Refracted and Deas, among many others. Kangding Ray has only performed in Budapest once before. For those lucky enough to have witnessed his live performance at Alkotótábor, or his recent set at Daad Festival — described by many as one of the sets of the year — this is undoubtedly a night not to be missed.
