On 11th September at Bassiani, Kancheli, Zitto, and Kvanchi will be joined by British acid phenomenon, electro machine wizard, and Waltzer label founder Ceephax Acid Crew, renowned for signature live sets built around vintage analogue equipment, hardware synthesisers, and drum machines, with improvisation at their core. His early creative trajectory was closely tied to his brother Squarepusher, and on the path of forging his unique sound, he has been consistently producing sonic weapons since the late ’90s, with releases on underground labels, notably DMX Krew’s cult Breakin’ Records, Aphex Twin's Rephlex, and UK institution Planet Mu run by μ-Ziq. Architectural, the most introspective and conceptual alias of Juan Rico, aka Reeko, delivers powerful, intelligent sounds that blend classic influences with his vision of techno, focusing on cinematic atmospheres, futuristic synth textures, and jazz nuances. Kerrie, a multidisciplinary artist, resident DJ at Tresor Berlin, producer, and label head, gained a rich musical education through her residency and tenure at Eastern Bloc, one of the UK’s most respected record shops. Following releases on Don't Be Afraid, Cultivated Electronics, I Love Acid, and Symbolism, Kerrie launched her imprint Dark Machine Funk, reflecting her raw aesthetic and love for dark, gritty, metallic, and industrial sounds with elements of funk. The veteran Brazilian DJ, one half of the duo Unterwegs and a Pornceptual resident, The Lady Machine, is renowned for her dedication to vinyl and fast, fierce, and flawlessly controlled mixing style. Hamatsuki and Zzzbam will perform live at Horoom, alongside Kdema, Valley Dolly, Ateq, the sonic alchemist crafting deep, atmospheric dancefloor journeys, and Alexander Skancke, the mastermind behind the seminal Quirk imprint, a purveyor of all things house, and a true maverick in the studio, with more than 30 records to his name and a reputation for narrative-driven DJ sets.
