Welcome to accessible, judgement free yoga for ravers and nightlife lovers. When was the last time you stretched before you went to the club? What about after? Maybe you recently went out and danced all night, and the next morning you woke up with all these aches and pains and muscle tightness. Our bodies are basically little machines. We need to take care of them if we want them to keep moving and dancing for a long time. Techno Yoga was created as another place where you can stretch, breathe and move your body with other ravers. Join Yaya and some of your fave local djs for a little yoga at the club! FAQs: Will you provide yoga mats? I will provide yoga mats on a first come, first serve basis. It’s recommended to bring your own yoga mat in case we run out. What if I’ve never done yoga? You don’t have to be experienced with yoga at all! All levels are welcome. Is there water? Bring water or a refillable water bottle! Staying hydrated is important. What if I’m running late? You can still come! Just check in at the door and come in quietly. She teaches vinyasa flow style classes, with a focus on alignment and grounding postures. If tickets are sold out here, we always hold a good amount at the door. We will do our best to admit those without tickets but entrance is not guaranteed. If someone says or does something to make you feel uncomfortable while you’re here, let us know. /// Accessibility: The wheelchair entrance to our indoor space is in the driveway, which is the access point most commonly used to enter Nowadays. During parties the driveway gate is locked, so please ask staff at the street entrance for assistance with entry. All of our bathrooms are gender-neutral. There is one accessible stall indoors. Just ask any Nowadays staff member for the key, and they can show you the way. During parties, seating is available both on and off the dance floor. While we don’t have a dedicated quiet space indoors during parties, the booths next to coat check are a little quieter, and the deck and back yard a little quieter than that. Most nighttime parties include the use of strobe lights and water based haze.
