NCTRN025: Club Nocturne presents Skream [Open to Close]

Club Nocturne returns to the vaults on the 10th of October, welcoming electronic music pioneer Skream down to Cabaret Voltaire for a night of heavyweight sound system pressure. Real DJs. No phones. No egos. Skream broke through as a teenager in Croydon, becoming one of the founding architects of dubstep alongside Benga and the Big Apple Records crew, before his 2006 anthem "Midnight Request Line" carried the genre far beyond its South London roots. Since then he's refused to sit still — pushing into house and disco as one third of Magnetic Man, holding down a Radio 1Xtra residency, and continuing to move between bass weight and four-to-the-floor grooves with the same restless instinct that made him a pioneer in the first place. Expect a heavyweight night in the vaults as one of dance music's most influential DJs brings decades of range to the capital.
