For the first time in Bilbao, ALTERA presents a showcase from one of techno’s most respected and enduring institutions: MORD. Founded in Rotterdam by Bas Mooy, MORD has grown far beyond the idea of a record label. Over the years it has become a global reference point, a distinctive identity and, for many followers of underground techno, a symbol in its own right. Dark, uncompromising and consistently forward-thinking, the MORD name has earned an almost legendary status through its releases, artists and showcases around the world. For its Bilbao debut, label founder Bas Mooy leads the night alongside Pyramidal Decode and Lidvall, bringing three different expressions of the MORD sound to Sala Blue at Fever. ALTERA resident Tony Baltimore will open the night. MORD arrives in Bilbao for the first time.
