Late Breakfast is proud to present an evening of musicians exploring memory and sensation, featuring Diatom Deli (RVNG Intl.) from New Mexico, multimedia artist Andrew CS (Leaving), and the peerless duo of Emma Palm & Marc Merza. ~ Diatom Deli is the Taos-based experimental music project of multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Deli Neblett-Quiles. Since 2015, Deli has built immersive sound worlds from classical guitar, layered harmonies, synths, samples, field recordings, hypnotic loops, and the OP-1. Across Feelsounds, TQM (Te Quiero Mucho), and Time~Lapse Nature, the project has evolved through years of travel and live performance into music that feels intimate, luminous, and transportive, drawing the listener inward through melody, texture, and repetition. ~ Andrew CS is a musician & media artist originally from the american midwest. As a disabled person with ASD & auditory processing disorder, they experience a hypersensitivity to sound that renders many aspects of urban life challenging, but occasionally euphoric under the right conditions. Their work explores autistic differences in sensory experience, long term memory, and human connection. ~ Emma Palm and Marc Merza are a Taiwanese-American and Filipino-American duo based in Los Angeles. Emma creates sonic environments that weave together layered beds of field recordings, guqin, synths, and vocals, while Marc’s music moves between raw improvisation and detailed arrangements, often incorporating guitar, clarinet, and electronics.
