MEMCO presents: IMPULSE 2100 There has always been and always will be an impulse to dance, an impulse to celebrate, and an impulse from MEMCO. On November 14th 2026, MEMCO celebrates 21 years by bridging Ann Arbor and Detroit at a beloved secret location. This year, MEMCO Invites: 12AM-4AM: Terrence Dixon LIVE (minimal Detroit/Tresor) Wax Assassin (Digging Deep) Madeera (minimal Detroit/Detroit Grit) With support from MEMCO’s own: 10PM-12AM: Fi3nd B2B Pola Mare Nolan Wayne B2B Miss Cleo ——— Terrence Dixon LIVE A nexus of Detroit/Berlin, Terrence Dixon has spent over three decades pushing his sounds into unfamiliar territory. From his record releases on Tresor, to his work as Population One, Dixon’s machine funk, unexpected rhythms, and deep-space minimalism have defined a distinctly forward-thinking form of Detroit Techno. A true original, his live set promises a transmission from the far future. Wax Assassin Representing a new generation in Detroit’s underground, Wax Assassin digs deep into the raw, groove-driven side of techno. With a sharp ear for niche cuts, and rolling percussion, Wax Assassin is building momentum. A rising presence in the city’s scene, expect a set grounded in the art of the dig. Madeera A major influence in Detroit’s past, present, and future, Madeera is a DJ, curator, and tastemaker in the city’s minimal underground. Through her work with Minimal Detroit, she carries forward a tradition of stripped-back, deeply rhythmic techno. A selector dedicated to the craft, Madeera keeps the Motor City’s minimal lineage in motion.
