10:00:00 - 22:00:00
Signal, New York

BOO! It’s moi… and it’s going to be a very spooky Sundae Softee. On October 11, Mizz Softee takes over Signal, the chicest boombox in town, for an all-day, two-stage affair featuring a particularly skilled cast of selectors. The cast brings together clurb instigators, seasoned heads and genre deviants with a shared appetite for funky techno, stripped-back house and the slinkier ends of the spectrum. Tasteful? Certainly. Well behaved? Absolutely not. ⁂ Sunday, October 11, 2026 ⁂ 10AM – 10PM ⁂ Flyer by Mau Ventura All tickets are non-refundable. P R O G R A M (A–Z): Inside: → Secret Guest b2b Dj Saliva → DJ G → Mohajer → Samuel Fish Outside: → Hank Jackson b2b Samwise → Matas b2b Eugenia → Succubass Mizz Softee is a Brooklyn-born event series committed to forward-thinking, music-first programming and intentional production that preserves the spirit of the underground. (✿◕‿◕✿) Dublin-born, New York-based DJ G is a DJ, curator and organizer deeply embedded in the city’s underground dance music community. Part of the team behind Nowadays in Ridgewood, his sets favor deep, dubbed-out atmospheres, seductive grooves and psychedelic textures, built with the intuition of someone who understands both the dance floor and the culture surrounding it. (✿◕‿◕✿) DJ Saliva is the moniker of Mauro Ventura, a multidisciplinary artist working between Berlin and Porto across music, painting, performance and visual culture. A Herrensauna resident and founder of Porto’s Arena Spa Superiora, their sets collide electro, techno, breaks, percussive rhythms, progressive sounds and psychedelic left-field selections into something playful, hedonistic and distinctly their own. (✿◕‿◕✿) Brooklyn-based DJ and curator Eugenia came up through the Bay Area’s DIY dance music scene before co-founding LUSH, a queer-femme-centered rave in New York. Her energetic, genre-fluid sets move between brightness and intensity with a playful touch, while her Shape of Memory mix series explores the more ambient and introspective corners of her musical world. (✿◕‿◕✿) Hank Jackson is a longtime fixture of New York’s underground, equally at home moving a room with deeply selected dance music or venturing into harsher, more experimental terrain. His productions have appeared on Mister Saturday Night and Anthony Naples’ Proibito, while his famously wide-ranging sets can move from raw house and techno to noise, dub and stranger transmissions without losing their thread. (✿◕‿◕✿) New York DJ and sound technician Matas has spent more than a decade working across record shops, DIY parties, festivals, clubs and sound crews, developing an unusually physical understanding of how music interacts with a room. Now a resident at Nowadays and a force behind the DIY party Loop, his long-form sets are psychedelic, playful and carefully paced, balancing a digger’s curiosity with a technician’s ear for pressure and impact. (✿◕‿◕✿) Gothenburg-born and Berlin-based, Mohajer is a DJ, producer and co-founder of the queer party mp3. With roots as a punk bassist and an approach guided more by flavor than genre, she moves between percussive house, trance, industrial textures, vocals, and trippy techno, channeling both her Persian heritage and years spent within Berlin’s underground. (✿◕‿◕✿) Samuel Fish is a New York-based DJ, producer and co-founder of Mizz Softee and Outer Orbit Records. His sets lean into swung, funky and rhythmically loose strains of techno while maintaining the wide-ranging sensibility of a dedicated record collector; alongside DJing, his work has helped shape Mizz Softee’s music-first approach to underground programming and production. (✿◕‿◕✿) Los Angeles-bred, now Brooklyn-based Samwise is a DJ, digger and co-founder and resident of Fast At Work, a DIY party and label dedicated to electronic music that moves fast without necessarily moving hard. An intuitive and versatile selector, he shifts naturally between emotional intensity, lightness and introspection, with a broad approach that resists being pinned to a single genre or tempo. (✿◕‿◕✿) Succubass, the alias of Jess Duran, has been a defining presence in the Pacific Northwest underground for more than a decade. A veteran DJ, curator and community builder with roots in TUF and High + Tight and residencies with The Lot Radio, Osmosis and Process PDX, she moves effortlessly between house, techno, acid, bass and beyond, pairing adventurous selections with formidable technical control. ▲ ETIQUETTE ▲ Mizz Softee is a warm, welcoming space for all gender, racial, ethnic, sexual, and age identities.
