Tim Green takes centre stage for a full night of dancing. He is one of the key producers in contemporary progressive house. His sets are built around groovy organic, progressive and house sounds, patiently developing atmosphere, groove and melody. Alongside him, Slovenian progressive and melodic DJs Jerpa, Clemeen b2b BESTER, Animula and Smolej will open and close the night. When it’s time to dance, we dance. With that philosophy, we’re trying a new approach at K4 this time. The main floor remains devoted to progressive and melodic sounds until morning. For one night, we’ll turn K4’s smaller floor into a living room. Couches, rugs, cushions and low lighting. A space to talk, rest or simply take a few minutes for yourself before returning to the dancefloor. Because to keep good energy on the dancefloor, you also need a proper reset during eight hours of dancing. For the first time, we’re introducing a no-phone policy. We want this night to remain where it is made: on the dancefloor and among the people. So we invite you to put your phone away for a few hours and simply be present. AlterEgo is not an escape from who you are. It is a space where you can show, without explanation, the part of yourself that everyday life rarely sees. Just make sure your expression and behaviour respect the space, the boundaries and the people around you. That is the only rule. See you on 17 October.
