A chance to experience in Madrid one of the DJs who has helped shape and expand the sound of the British electronic underground for more than three decades. Ralph Lawson's career is closely connected to Back To Basics, the legendary Leeds club where he has held a residency since its inception in 1991. Over the years, he has also been a resident at We Love Space Ibiza and Barcelona's The Loft, alongside regular appearances at clubs such as Watergate in Berlin and Fabric in London. His open-minded approach to house music and constant search for new directions have made him a respected figure on the international scene. Lawson is also the founder of 2020 Vision Recordings, one of the most influential labels to emerge from the Leeds scene. Its catalogue has explored deep house, tech house and nu disco, helping introduce artists and sounds that would become an important part of the evolution of British electronic music. He was also a founding member of 2020Soundsystem, extending his work beyond DJing into live performance and production. Completing the lineup are Javisenz and Nacho Larache, bringing their own perspectives on house, groove and dance music to a session designed to unfold naturally around the dancefloor from beginning to end.
