VICE VERSA welcomes Berlin-based Parallx to Glasgow for his Berkeley Suite debut. Raised amongst the industrial landscapes of Western Germany and shaped by Berlin’s uncompromising club culture, Parallx has developed a distinctive approach to techno built around driving percussion, raw textures and relentless dancefloor energy. A resident at Berlin institution RSO and a longstanding figure within the city’s underground, his career has taken him across some of Europe’s most respected dancefloors, while releases on R Label Group, ARTS and his own ISARN imprint have established a sound rooted in ’90s and early-2000s techno, EBM and industrial influences. Powerful, detailed and built for the club, Parallx’s sets move between hypnotic grooves, heavy percussion and darker industrial pressure. For the first time, Parallx steps into the intimate surroundings of The Berkeley Suite for his debut with VICE VERSA.
