October 3rd - Overground celebrates 6 year of the label in Berlin. Six years later, the idea remains the same: bringing together the music we believe in and people who share that feeling. For this special occasion, we’re welcoming two artists we’ve been following for long time: ANCUT Italian DJ, producer and Berlin-based mastering and vinyl cutting engineer at Analogcut, as well as founder of Discarded Gems. Shaped by Rome’s early-2000s club scene, his sound draws from Detroit and its European reinterpretations. A passionate vinyl digger, he combines a versatile record collection with an analogue approach to production, recording hardware sessions directly to tape. ELIZA Vienna-born and Berlin-based, Eliza is co-owner of Rota Bene, where she curates re-releases connecting forgotten records with a new generation of listeners. With a background in cultural and social anthropology, her approach to DJing is driven by musical diversity, record digging and the search for trippy moods and unique atmospheres.
