Please check links below for TICKETS. –––––– We have something special lined up for you this October 9th — our next dance welcomes a couple of our personal favourites, Steven Julien (live) and Lakuti, in celebration of this year’s TAG DER CLUBKULTUR in Berlin. Steven Julien, hailing from London, has been an influential figure in underground electronic music for the last 10+ years via his unmistakable sound – heavily drenched in 808s and overdrive whilst being welded with euphoric synth pads and 303 squelches. His label, Apron Records, has been consistently putting out top tier music since its inception and with new solo album ‚808 PRINCE’ on the horizon, we’re honoured to have him play live at SHUSH. This is a rare occurrence so do not sleep. Additionally, Lakuti is joining us – one of Berlin’s most cherished selectors, producers, and curators. Originally from Soweto, South Africa, Lakuti has deeply shaped Berlin nightlife as Berghain/Panorama Bar resident and Uzuri label head. Alongside with Tama Sumo, she’s established the long-running event series ‚Bring Down the Walls‘ as well as ‚Your Love‘, celebrating guests from the Black and LGBTIQ+ communities both in and outside of the DJ booth. Alongside our guests, and celebrating four years of SHUSH on this occasion, all of our residents – Ken Okuda, D’Monk & Orlando Rosé – will be supplying sounds & vibrations on our own sound system, which we will be bringing out to celebrate with you in style.
