On Friday, November 20, Endzeit will host celebrated Spanish record label Non Series for a night of deep exploration in downtown San Francisco. The gathering is part of Endzeit’s label series, an initiative devoted to championing independent record labels and conceived as a statement against the mechanization of music. Non Series joins Northern Electronics, Samurai Music, Interdimensional Transmissions and Amenthia Recordings, with more to come. Founded in Madrid in 2011 by Manuel Anós, who records as Psyk, Non Series has spent fifteen years releasing hypnotic, atmospheric techno with a clear dancefloor purpose, striking a delicate balance between physical and mental stimulation. Its anniversary compilation, Quince, arrives on October 23 as the label’s seventy-fifth release. Endzeit resident Rrose contributes “Guilty Traces,” alongside tracks by Efdemin, Function and other Non Series regulars. The anniversary tour began at Tresor and continues through Fold, Bassiani, Fuse and Endzeit. Deep techno luminary Luigi Tozzi will make his highly anticipated US debut with a signature live set. The Italian producer stands among the defining figures of contemporary techno: a pillar of Hypnus Records since his 2014 debut and the creator of the Deep Blue series, whose fourth volume arrived this June. His work for Non Series dates to 2019 and includes Tender Is the Night, Almost Blue, Spiral, Strati and Plastic Venus. A longtime buyer of the label’s early records, he first met Psyk in London in 2018. We are beyond excited to finally welcome our dear friend Luigi to the Endzeit community. For the occasion, Psyk has agreed to perform a rare extended set tracing the label’s history and influences. His albums Time Foundation and A Moment Before, alongside his work as Second Skin with Oscar Mulero, established Manuel as a producer with a distinctive voice; his DJ sets extend the vision behind his label curation. An uncompromising purist who first emerged as a teenager on Richie Hawtin’s Minus label, he has earned praise from Robert Hood, Luke Slater and others as a vital figure in modern techno. Our beloved Neel returns as Endzeit resident. His acclaimed The 808 Archive EP for Non Series was composed entirely on a Roland TR-808: a masterful minimalist statement rooted in the expressive drum programming of Jeff Mills and the interlocking rhythms of tribal techno. Neel is also the mastering engineer of choice for Non Series, alongside his work shaping music by Pauline Oliveros, Mike Parker, Deepchord and half the techno we buy. We simply can’t get enough of this man. Tauceti returns to Endzeit following her San Francisco debut at SFAW this January. The Lyon-based producer is a resident at Le Sucre, with releases on Semantica, 47, Denovali and Non Series. She has been a recurring presence on Non Series since 2023, with highlights including a fruitful collaboration with Valentino Mora. Jin Synth will make her West Coast debut. Trained in sound art at the University of the Arts London, she builds her own instruments and microphones for improvised live sets. Her first EP, Zeitlos, grew out of field recordings made in Berlin. Releases on Konstrukt, Semantica and 47 followed, as did a set at Berghain’s twentieth anniversary. Endzeit resident RMNA will debut a new modular live set, complementing Psyk’s extended journey.
