For the last Saturday of September, we’re inviting the boss of all bosses, Paquita Gordon. What we love about Paquita is her boundless and eclectic love for electronic music, experimentation and storytelling, and her incredible ability to dig out tracks we’ve never heard before, or ones we’re simply so happy to rediscover after having forgotten about them. Her musical universe knows no boundaries and her talent as a DJ is undeniable. We’re super happy to have her taking over the Sub for several hours, and after our dear Casper who will open the room. In the Studio, we welcome back Brussels’ minimal techno boss Ben Kamal, who’s steadily making a name for himself internationally, not least thanks to his brilliant label OV Guidance, whose releases keep selling out everywhere. We also still remember his masterful set with a. brehme during our last BLUR WeekEnd, so we’re very happy to have our friend back. Playing before him is Pridi, a young minimal techno prodigy from Poland and an extremely promising talent. His first releases, which we recently discovered through labels including Nesreh Records, immediately made us want to hear what he can do on our sound system. Another killer Saturday at BLUR.
