A decade of community radio in Bern – and to understand the whole, it helps to take a detour through its parts, as with this anniversary club night: diamin, born in Chile and now, as a Berghain and Tresor DJ in Berlin, long since more than a welcome guest. At home in environmental science as well as in the club, she brings both together in the night. Nina Hässig reaches us from Zurich, “up-and-coming”. You don’t just hear it said – you can hear it, too. And then Alex Like, like Janus, a Radio Bollwerk resident since hour zero, originally to be found in the basement clubs of Yverdon or in the morning light of the forests above Neuchâtel. From there, he still sees far into our future. But he keeps quiet about it, laughs at most, and lets endlessly hypnotic worms run in circles.
