In collaboration with Cachichi, Phonos hosts a night of experimental live sets lush with erratic beats, and otherworldly sounds. Dilian is the homonymous project of Bulgaria made, Mexico raised, NYC/Brussels based producer. Combining self made warps of sound design and noise with twirling beats Dilian creates jumpy high speed and chaotic tempo chopped motives that result in illogical sequences of beat-full and beat-less wacky soundscapes. Sami Sameer is a multidisciplinary sound artist, raised in Muscat (OM) and currently based in Barcelona. He moved to Barcelona several years ago to study engineering. While in Muscat, his early studies in orchestral and jazz percussion sparked a deep connection to music, driven by a constant need for stimulating sounds. This obsession with unpredictable rhythms and chaotic musical elements laid the foundation for his creative journey. Daphne X is an Athens-born, Barcelona-based sound artist. Her music, at times described as industrial pop’, persistently returns to hypnotic melodies, disturbing textures, organic noise, eerie atmospheres, digital glitch, and deconstructed patterns. Błażej Kotowski is a Polish-born, Barcelona-based sound artist and researcher. He performs with self-built neural synthesis systems, field recordings, and noise, hacking machine models into abstract drone, and unstable rhythm.
