“A lucid dream is an experience where a dreamers person gains the awareness that they are dreaming, and can often alter the outcome or landscape of the dream.” On Friday, October 23rd, join us for the highly anticipated debut of a new party series, “LUCID DREAM” from the minds that brought you ‘NymphNouveau”. The new party has a focus on the ritual of nightlife, shared consciousness, ancestral communication, queer expression, altered states, time dilation, and pushing sonic boundaries. We feature the work of producers, sounds artists, DJs, audio performers, set designers, digital artists, and installation artists. We aim to merge these art forms into one cohesive and entrancing experience. For our first iteration, we are honoured to be bringing WILHELMINA to the decks, who blends jersey beats, techno, and pop with ancestral Filipino drumming and ritual chants. He is supported by some of Vancouver’s most prolific local talent as well as some trailblazing newer artists on the scene. Date and Time: Friday October 23rd, 11pm- very late.
