Salih Korkut Peker (SKP), combines many different genres in his music; from grunge to blues, from rebetiko to Anatolian folk. He uses new generation hybrid instruments: cümbüş (a 95 years old invention, a mix of banjo and oud) and çağlama (hard tension guitar strings on saz body) in his "one man live looping" performance. Besides his songs, SKP plays traditional songs from Anatolia-Balkans and some grunge classics, in his own special way.
