Formed in Cologne in 2025, this transatlantic trio brings together three distinct voices from the international free music community. Anna Größbrink (Wuppertal) brings an inventive, exploratory approach to double bass, Matthew Ryals (NYC) contributes expansive, tactile modular synthesizer work, and Jonas Engel (Cologne) explores extended saxophone techniques through custom instruments and preparations. Together, they create a richly layered sound that traverses texture, noise, silence, and unconventional sonic environments, shaped by years of performing across Europe, Asia, and North America.
