Created in collaboration with dramaturge Deana Jones and choreographer Allie Blumas, this multidisciplinary project weaves light, shadow, and dance into a live performance of McHone's newest album, Pentimento. Community collaboration brings the project to life, with McHone’s live performance including artists in the forefront of Canada’s folk rock and guitar scene: Daniel Romano and Tommy Major (Daniel Romano’s Outfit), Steven Lambke (Constantines), and composer Michael Cloud Duguay. The evening starts with Toronto’s Potions, a freak-folk quartet with involved and concerned lyrical stylings. Potions crafts a perfect mix for lovers of the archival and the new, the online and the analogue. Wavelength’s final monthly show of 2026 promises a tactile approach to music and movement.
