sliding doors showcases great new music on the cusp of breaking through 🛝🚪 featuring: **JULI VON LOU (ffo AURORA & MADDIE ASHMAN)** Juli von Lou is an artist, songwriter, and producer. Now based in Bergen, Norway, Juli grew up in the Swedish version of the Midwest, so it was only natural that she started out playing folk violin, wearing boots, and singing in a local bluegrass band at a very young age. Her music is indie pop with a folk base, old-time romantic lyrics, and a 60s cinematic aura. Add to that a deep and slightly mysterious longing for the Midwest, and that’s Juli von Lou. https://www.instagram.com/julivonlou/ **MICHAEL J HEMMINGS (ffo TOM ROSENTHAL & FLYTE)** Having worked as a songwriter for the last 6 years, Michael J Hemmings’ shares some of his more intimate songs in his indie-folk solo set. https://www.instagram.com/mickyhemm/ **MUUK (ffo ETHEL CAIN & ASHNIKKO)** muuk is a Copenhagen-based artist and songwriter who blends rock and shoegaze with soft, intimate vocals, creating a sonic universe that feels both introspective and self-assured.
