Following the huge success of the Housequake: 20 Years of House tour, one thing became clear: the crowd was more than ready for the Housequake blender, packed with some of the biggest house records of the past two decades. ROOG & Erick E expected their longtime followers to enjoy reliving the soundtrack of their clubbing years. What they did not expect was Housequake being embraced by an entirely new generation. Across festival main stages and major events, the result was the same: complete mayhem on the dancefloor, bringing different generations together through house music. That energy inspired their next concept: History of House. History of House brings together the underground house anthems of the past 20 years with the sound of today. Rather than focusing on the obvious 90s and 00s classics, ROOG & Erick E dive into the records that defined legendary Dutch club nights and concepts such as Sneakerz, Now & Wow, RUSH, Nope Is Dope and, of course, Housequake. For this edition, ROOG & Erick E have invited Funkerman for an exclusive closing set. Jeroenski will open the night and set the tone from the start, so make sure to arrive early. A celebration of more than two decades of house music, presented by the DJs who were right at the heart of it.
