ELECTRIC DISCO is organized by Modular Expansion and awaits you on Wednesday, October 21, at the Burger Disco Club in Syntagma. Behind the decks, three legends of the Athenian electronic music scene—Mikee, Mikele, and George Apergis (in an exclusive vinyl-only set)—will take you on a journey through a night filled with dancing, positive energy, and memories that will last a lifetime. Starting at 6 p.m., food, cocktails, and great music will be waiting for you until late at night in a dance-filled atmosphere. MIKEE Mikee is one of the most enduring and acclaimed Greek DJs and pioneers of the techno scene. He began in 1993 as a resident DJ at Athens’ Factory Club, influenced by the underground sounds of Detroit, Chicago, and New York, as well as by Afro beats, creating his own distinctive tribal tech house and techno style. Together with Lorenzo, he organized the qbase parties, which became some of Athens’ most famous underground events; he subsequently performed as a resident DJ at Greece’s most prominent clubs, including Factory, Qbase, U-matic, and Blend. He has collaborated with leading DJs, including Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Marco Carola, Jeff Mills, Kevin Saunderson, and Adam Beyer. In 2014, he founded the record label Deep Phase, which focuses on techno and minimal underground music. As a producer, he has released tracks on numerous international labels, and his invitation to perform at London’s legendary Fabric club stands as one of the most significant moments of his career. Today, he continues to actively perform and produce music, participating in events organized by Blend and Deep Phase, both in Greece and abroad. MIKELE Mikele was born in Italy and returned to Greece at the age of six. Since 1981, he has been active as a DJ, introducing experimental and progressive sounds to the Greek club scene. He has established himself both in Greece and abroad, performing in many countries and collaborating with leading electronic music artists. In 1994–1995, he co-founded the successful Dazzle Parties with DJ L-Sega, and in 1998 he collaborated with FM Records and OZON magazine on the release of the CD “Le Club.” He has performed at top clubs throughout Greece and has collaborated with DJs such as John Digweed, Sasha, Timo Maas, Dave Seaman, Satoshi Tomiie, Carl Craig, and Green Velvet. In 2004, he founded Control Co., while continuing to perform and organize events throughout Greece. Since 2026, he has been participating in the successful Kollektiv Athens parties at various venues, as well as in the Athens City Festival. GEORGE APERGIS / EMEX George Apergis, also known as EMEX, is one of the pioneers of the Greek electronic music scene and the owner of Modular Expansion.
