Red Light Disco: Buff’s 22nd Birthday Red Light Disco celebrates Buff Club’s 22nd birthday with a special guest who’s been part of Glasgow’s dance music story for years. Joining residents Shaka Loves You is Simon Cordiner, long-time resident of Glasgow institution Melting Pot. A fixture of the city’s club scene since the early ’90s, Simon’s musical roots span Chicago house and Detroit techno, with a deep appreciation for the disco, funk and soul that came before. Expect an open-minded, groove-led set from a DJ whose selections are made for the dancefloor. Red Light Disco is Buff’s new monthly Friday, landing on the first Friday of every month. With Shaka Loves You celebrating 15 years behind the decks, the night carries forward Buff’s legacy as a Glasgow dancefloor built on credible music, loyal crowds and nights that keep moving.
