We're finally back for our last event of the year! Our next Bloom takes us back to Gaffe on November 6th, with a lineup that feels particularly close to what we want Bloom to be about. We’re honoured to welcome Efdemin back to London! For more than two decades, Efdemin has been an important and deeply individual voice in electronic music. From his early releases on Dial to his work with Ostgut Ton, his own naïf imprint and his wider contribution to the Berlin scene, Efdemin has developed a sound that moves effortlessly between deep, hypnotic techno, house, Detroit influences and more experimental territories. His 2025 album POLY marked his return to the album format after six years, while this year saw the release of Mirror Phase, a four-track EP on Dekmantel that once again reflects his ability to look back towards the foundations of techno while pushing them somewhere entirely his own. Having Efdemin with us is genuinely a dream coming true. His music has been a reference point for us for years, and his approach to the dancefloor embodies so much of what we believe in at Bloom. To finally have him back in London feels like a very special moment. Joining him is DJ Red, a key figure in the Roman techno scene and a long-standing resident of the legendary Goa Club. For decades DJ Red has played an essential role in shaping the sound and culture of Rome, developing a distinctive approach through years of obsessive digging, vinyl selection and experimentation. Her sound is intense, uncompromising and deeply musical. For Bloom, DJ Red also means something more. Her music, attitude and way of approaching the dancefloor have been an important influence on our own sound and vision from the beginning. We’re beyond excited to finally have her with us. Completing the lineup is our resident Burden. His approach to the dancefloor has become an important part of our identity, always finding the right balance between tension, depth and movement. We’re looking forward to letting him set the tone for the night. And then there is Gaffe, our home. A space we feel increasingly connected to, where we can create the kind of intimate, focused environment these nights are meant to live in.
