Le Salon Privé returns to Bar Tausend on Friday, 30 October, bringing RAGA and Victor Felisa together for a night connecting influences from London, Jakarta and Ibiza. Based between London and Indonesia, RAGA combines DJing with a background in creative direction, fashion and event production. His work extends to creating the Bangka opening party in Jakarta, conceived to bring the spirit of UK warehouse parties to the city, with support from Zodiac and Hotel Monopoli. It is an approach that puts gathering people together at the heart of the experience. Victor Felisa is a Paris-born, Ibiza-raised DJ and producer whose musical education began with Bob Sinclar and Daft Punk on the daily drive to school. Growing up around the island’s club culture shaped his energetic approach to house, combining those early influences with the drive of contemporary tech house. His recent highlights include a six-hour set at Hï Ibiza’s Wild Corner, taking the room from opening to closing. He has also played the Tomorrowland Store’s Rooftop Sessions in Ibiza, including the season’s closing event. For this edition of Le Salon Privé, the setting is a little more intimate.
