Cormac headlines the final Apgrade event of the 2026 season. The Irish DJ and producer’s approach to HI-NRG, Italo, house, techno and new wave perfectly captures the pulse of contemporary club culture. Known for the ecstatic energy he brings to the dancefloor, he has established himself as one of the most sought-after and innovative selectors of his generation, earning regular bookings at Berghain and Panorama Bar, as well as appearances at some of the most significant festivals around, from Sónar and Waking Life to Glastonbury. As a producer, he has released music on acclaimed labels including Ostgut Ton and Running Back, as well as his own Polari Records. His mixes have featured on BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix, Beats in Space, Resident Advisor and DJ Mag. Cormac has now entered an ambitious new chapter in his musical journey, unveiling a bold and extensive body of new work that marks the next phase of his wider project. Alongside his work as a curator, he continues to serve as a voice for the community and a guardian of queer club heritage. In January 2024, he launched Queerly Beloved, a podcast exploring how music shapes the lives of LGBTQIA+ artists. Guests have included Beth Ditto, Peaches, Hercules & Love Affair and Romy. Warm, curious and perceptive, Cormac continues to develop his voice as a voice for queer culture, further cementing his position as one of the most compelling and influential figures in contemporary electronic music. Joining Cormac for the November edition of the Apgrade series are Felver, one of the region’s most recognisable DJs, and Matej Rusmir, a well-familiar name among the regulars at Karmakoma.
