The term Giant Hand comes from aviation medicine. When pilots lose their visual references, they may experience an illusion of an invisible giant hand pressing down on the aircraft, gradually pushing its direction and altitude away from reality. This is not a hallucination, but the body's attempt to recalibrate itself in the unknown. From the grooves of a vinyl record to the dancefloor, from the physical form of sound to the constant mutation of rhythm, frequencies begin to drift and beats slip off their original course. Tonight, we invite you to descend into the musical world of Napirelly. A woman of two trades, she is both a vinyl pressing technician at Dutch pressing plant Deepgrooves, working hands-on with the physical production of sound, and the founder of IMPROX, where she leads audiovisual art projects. Emerging from the underground scene of St. Petersburg and honing her craft over sixteen years, her DJ sets weave Breaks, Electro, Bass and Techno into a distinctive rhythmic language, driven by precision mixing and fluid transitions. Bold and dynamic, her DJ style is defined by tempo shifts and genre-blending—an unmistakable signature. In 2018, alongside Niels Luinenburg, better known as Delta Funktionen, she co-founded the project Immediate Proximity. The debut LP 2334, released by Radio Matrix in 2020, was pressed by Napirelly herself. Three years later, the duo launched their own label, IMPROX, which has already released three records, with more in the works. Through this series, they continue to evolve their unique sound—a fusion of high-tech and tribal rhythms layered with otherworldly themes. Combine talent, fearlessness and excellent taste - driven by the constant desire to develop - and the outcome is Diana Napirelly. Born in Leningrad, tempered on the border of the Arctic Circle in Siberia, now based in The Netherlands, Diana formed her life motto - to be always on the go and to restlessly move forward. Her interest in music, the event sphere, sports and the media is inborn; and the number of her achievements in each of these areas prove this. Also joining the night are Call A Taxi, a dancefloor sprite known for delicate, carefully layered sets; Nanofauna, drawn to unusual timbres, irregular rhythms, and playful melodies; and Mamayo, a rhythm-first devotee who warms up the dancefloor with cerebral melodies, warm basslines, and a motherly touch.
